Monthly Offerings:
Restore and Sound:
You will be welcomed into complete relaxation as a full compliment of yoga props will be provided for your comfort and support. You will be guided into restorative yoga postures all done on the mat and fully supported. Once in the postures the sound bath will begin. A combination of crystal bowls, chimes, drums and a gong will send healing vibrations through the body helping you to drop deeper into the relaxation of each pose.
Each of these healing modalities alone bring you into the parasympathetic nervous system where the healing and rest responses live. You may fall asleep, experience a reduction in pain, inflammation. Nervousness may be lessened, breath deeper and an overall sense of wellbeing is generally felt.

Women’s Circles:
Since the dawn of time women have gathered in sacred circles to support and guide one another. In our modern times these circles provide even more valuable as women often wear many hats and lack a true support system with which to call upon.
Women’s Circles have a specific topic each month, the group is carefully guided into meditation, journaling and sharing exercises to ensure each person gets what they are seeking from the circle and the experience. These are not to air grievances or counseling sessions, there is purposed work being done in each circle. Trust me, they are powerful!

Men’s Circles:
Much like the women’s circle, men too had an ancient practice of gathering. I have worked with and led exclusive men’s yoga and groups for many years and can tell you the value of these gatherings is immense, and it has been among some of the most powerful and enjoyable work I have witnessed.
As a group I will guide you into meditation, centered around the monthly topic. Following meditation, you will be given several journal prompts to lead you into a further exploration of the meditation. Pairing with one other person you will then be guided deeper into one question from your journal to share. A guided group discussion then follows for those comfortable speaking in front of the group. This process is then repeated with the goal being to give you tangible tools with which to leave the circle and apply to daily life.
