The Balance Between Darkness and Light: A COPPERMOON Collective Retreat
A Day of Ritual, Renewal, and Reconnection

A Journey Through Light and Shadow
Step into a day guided by the wisdom and presence of eight practitioners -each offering their own unique lens through yoga, meditation , mantra, sound healing, psychology, and embodied education.
We begin with guided walking meditation through the forest. From there you will be led through gentle yoga, conscious  breathwork, and centering mantra practices-all designed to open space within and around you.
We will gather to nourish ourselves with a catered vegetarian lunch and integrate more deeply into our theme.  In the afternoon we will deepen into a rhythm of mantra, more movement before settling into restorative yoga-bathed in sound and supported by the gentle touch of Thai massage.
We will close our day in circle, sharing parting wisdom and soft integration practices to help you carry the balance of light and shadow into your everyday life.

Theme Overview:

There is a moment—on the edge of equinox—when the world is perfectly poised between light and darkness.

It is brief. Subtle. Powerful. It is a moment of sacred equilibrium that mirrors the inner work we are each called to do: to meet our shadows with compassion

and our light with reverence.

This retreat is a guided passage through that threshold.
A day to soften into the dark, to illuminate what is ready to rise, and to remember that wholeness is not about choosing one over the other—but about honoring the dance between them.

We gather in community—each facilitator offering a unique piece of the whole. Together, we’ll weave breath, movement, sound, silence, and creative expression into a day of healing and homecoming.
