Sunset Circles
What is a Sunset Cirlce?
A Sunset Circle is a women’s circle, a gathering of women who come together in a non-judgmental, non-competitive environment to connect, share, and empower one another. We sit in a non-hierarchical circle, symbolizing equality and unity, and enjoy activities like guided discussions, breathwork, meditation, sharing and listening from our hearts, and beautiful rituals, all meant to bring us back to our hearts.Sunset Circles provide a space for us to show up authentically as ourselves, they foster a sense of belonging and connection, and we remember our own personal strength and sovereignty. And the strength of our collective. They typically revolve around themes such as personal growth, spirituality, wellness, and sisterhood, and many times feature various co-hosts giving us a chance to support other women in wellness.
Held Monthly.

Becoming Fully Visible is a Sunset Circle devoted to the relationship between personal style and self-trust—how we choose to be seen, and how that choice evolves as we do. Join Alison Mullins and special guest; stylist Christine Salmon.
Christine Salmon’s work is rooted in the understanding that personal style is not fixed. It is a living, breathing expression of who we are becoming. Just as a woman moves through seasons of life, so too does her sense of self, her body, and the way she inhabits the world.
Christine knows this evolution intimately. Over the years, she has been called Chris, Chrissy, Christy, and Christina—each name belonging to a distinct chapter of her life, each holding a different energy and way of being. None were wrong. None were permanent. Each was a reflection of who she was at the time.
In the same way, our wardrobes evolve alongside us. What once fit our lives, our responsibilities, or our spirits may no longer serve us—and that is not loss, but wisdom. Aging is not a diminishing; it is a deepening. When approached with presence and compassion, style becomes a sacred practice of honoring who we are now.
As a stylist specializing in women’s wardrobes, Christine gently guides women back to themselves—helping them release outdated identities, listen inward, and dress in alignment with the woman they are becoming. Her work invites us to see clothing not as armor or obligation, but as a soulful language—one that speaks of truth, confidence, and grace.
In this Sunset Circle, Christine will lead a reflective and experiential conversation where style becomes a mirror of the journey, and getting dressed becomes an act of self-recognition. This is an invitation to soften self-judgment, trust your inner knowing, and step forward feeling more at home in your body—and more visible in your life.
STYLE- Because personality isn't always the first thing they see.
Listen Differently
The Art & Science of Sound Healing
With Guest Kristen Baron
April 16
6:30-8:30
Most people attend a sound bath to relax.
This evening invites you to understand why it works — and then to experience it in a way that feels immersive, intentional, and deeply nurturing.
At Listen Differently: The Art & Science of Sound Healing, Kristen Barron will guide us through the science and subtlety of sound — how vibration moves through the nervous system, influences brainwave states, and supports restoration on more than just a surface level.
Then, you’ll be invited to receive.
Through harmonic resonance, aromatherapy, and gentle supportive touch, we’ll create a container that allows the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
We will close in sacred circle — where each woman is witnessed and held.
This is more than a sound bath.
It is education.
It is embodiment.
It is integration.

She Rises
My name is Alexa Young
There are moments in a woman’s life when she feels the quiet call to rise.
Sometimes she is rising toward something — a new chapter, a deeper truth, a life that feels more aligned.
Sometimes she is rising beyond something — an old identity, a season that has completed itself, expectations that no longer fit.
Often, she is doing both at once.
She Rises is a gathering devoted to that moment.
This circle explores nourishment in its fullest sense — not only the food we eat, but everything we take in through our days: our relationships, our rhythms, our thoughts, the environments we place ourselves within, and the ways we care for our bodies, hearts, and minds as life asks us to grow.
Together we reflect on what sustains us, what quietly depletes us, and how we remain aligned and resourced as we move through seasons of change.
For those wishing to deepen the experience, an optional Five-Day Reset is also available — a fully guided nutritional reset with meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists designed to support the body through whole, nourishing foods. Many participants notice improved sleep, steadier energy, clearer thinking, improved digestion, and reduced inflammation in just a few days. Weight loss is possible, though the intention is restoration, not restriction.
Because when a woman is truly nourished — in body, mind, and spirit — she doesn’t have to force the rise.
It happens naturally.
