Service Description

The current class schedule is Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00-9:30 a.m. PST, with Alison. This class includes an opening and closing meditation, gentle movement, followed by 30 minutes of deep stretching. All classes are recorded, and students are sent the recordings following each class. Monthly unlimited members will automatically receive the recordings, regardless of attendance. Additionally, each student will receive a mediation guide and journaling prompts for each session. This pass is priced at $135.00 plus a 4% processing fee of $5.20, for a total of $135.20.
