To help individuals assess satisfaction, harmony, and fulfillment across different areas of their lives, while fostering reflection and setting intentions for growth.
Step 1: Creating the Soul Spectrum Map
1. Prepare Your Map:
- Draw a circle divided into 8-12 equal segments (like a pie chart).
- Each segment represents a life area. You can use the suggested areas below or customize them.

2. Suggested Life Areas:
- Relationships, Finance, Health and Wellness, Physical Activity, Career and Purpose, Personal Growth (Mindset, Learning, Education), Spirituality & Inner Connection, Joy and Recreation, Community & Contribution, Environment (Home, Surroundings), Creativity & Passion Projects, Self-Care & Rest

Step 2: Scoring Each Area
1. Reflect on how satisfied or fulfilled you feel in each area on a scale from 0 to 10:
- 0: Completely dissatisfied or neglected.
- 10: Fully satisfied, thriving.

2. Shade in each segment up to the score (e.g., if you score “6” for Relationships, shade 6/10 of that slice). This creates a visual representation of harmony or imbalance in your life.

Step 3: Reflecting on Your Map
Use the following journaling prompts to explore your map and the insights it reveals:
1. General Reflection:
- Which areas of your map feel the most vibrant? What’s working well in these areas?
- Which areas feel the most dim or neglected? Why do you think that is?
- Are there any surprises in your map?
2. Deeper Inquiry:
- How do the different areas influence each other? (e.g., Does stress in finances affect your relationships or health?)
- Which areas feel the most aligned with your values? Which feel out of alignment?
- Are there areas where you feel stuck or stagnant? What might be holding you back?
3. Future Intentions:
- If you could increase one area by even 1 point, which would it be and why?
- What small, actionable steps can you take to create more harmony in your most neglected areas?
- What area of your map would bring the most joy or ease into your life if improved?

Step 4: Setting Intentions for Growth
1. Choose 1-3 Areas to Focus On:
- Write down why these areas are important to you.
- Set specific, actionable goals for each area (e.g., “Walk 3x per week” for Physical Activity, or “Have a weekly date night” for Relationships).
2. Create Affirmations or Mantras:
- Example: “I am worthy of abundance in my finances” or “I nurture my relationships with love and care.”
3. Regular Check-Ins: Use these worksheets as guides to help you work through each section of your Soul Spectrum Map
